How Long Do I Have To Lease A Unit?

There is a one-month minimum.

Do You Pro-rate?

Yes, but we prorate the second month. Tenants are required to pay a full-month's rent to move into a unit.

What's the Deposit?

There is no deposit.

Are There Any Other Fees?

There is a one-time set up fee of $10 which is nonrefundable. This places customers in our computer and gate access systems.
